| Recently, Fuzhou Government agreed to issue “Views on Fuzhou Carrying out State IP Strategy Outline” (referred to as “Views”), which took effect officially on June 10.
The “Views” includes 31 points on carrying out IPR strategy: Fuzhou should recognize the significance of IPR strategy and promote IPR innovation, application and protection; provide better IPR administrative management and service and promote IPR agency; cultivate IPR professionals and create good environment for IPR development; exchange ideas and cooperate frequently with foreign institutions.
The “Views” reflects that Fuzhou is implementing IP strategy and promoting IPR work. It can enhance IPR creation, application, protection and management in Fuzhou. [Chinese version is available on SIPO.gov.cn]
