The rapid development of KTV clubs has boosted a huge market of using MTV works and created favorable conditions for operators of KTV clubs to obtain rights of using such works in a legal, convenient and fast way.

Approved by the General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China and the National Copyright Administration of the People's Republic of China, China Audio & Video Association (CAVA) acts as a coordinator and promoter between right holders and users by setting up copyright protection mechanism, perfecting service system, performing well in management and taking other measures in constructing an overall protection system of MTV works in KTV clubs.

KTV copyright fee collection, resulting from such background is a win-win choice for right holders, users or even consumers.
