The announcement No.3 2005 of MOFCOM, releasing Annual Famous
Brand Fostered and Promoted by MOFCOM in 2005-2006

For carrying out the spirit of 16th Party Congress and the third Plenary Session of 16th Central Committee which enforce the building of China's Own Export Brand and boost the capability on it, and further impulse the establishment of China's Own Export Brand to enhance their export competition and realize the fundamental transit  on the foreign trade growth mode, the list of 2005-2006 Annual Famous Brand Fostered and Promoted by MOFCOM was announced here, which passed the examination by Evaluation Committee composed of major intermediaries, Chambers of Commerce , key provinces/cites and departments concerned of MOFCOM.

The list shall remain in force for two years since it effects as of March 10, 2005. During this period, the brand and enterprises can enjoy the support of policies concerned. After this period, MOFCOM shall adjust the list according to the effect.

The List of Best Brands of Export Commodities to Be Given Special Support announced by former MOFTEC will be invalid.
